- The double neighbor is an embellishment that starts on a given note, then
moves to both the upper and lower neighbor tones followed by the original note.
- The embellishment may go to upper neighbor then lower neighbor… or lower
neighbor then upper neighbor (order does not matter)

- The cambiata embellishment is the combination of a passing and neighbor
embellishments.
- The dissonant tone is approached by step (like a passing tone) then proceeds
by skip in the same direction, finally moving by step in the opposite direction to
resolve the dissonant tone on a harmonic consonance.
